Get started with Breathwork

Breathwork seems to be continuing on as quite the buzzword, there are awesome books like Breath by James Nestor and Wim Hof seems to pop up everywhere.

I took a trip down the rabbit hole of testing these out and it was pretty interesting. Here is as quick overview of some resources to research and pursue breathwork which I found useful.
